Where It All Began
Fred’s interest in the role of mind-body connection and our ability to heal oneself in a functional manner began decades ago, but was amplified by travels around the world to sacred areas ranging from Angkor Wat to Egypt and beyond. Pictured at the “Gate of the Sun” Tiwanaku, Bolivia near Lake Titicaca is just one of many powerful sites that has shifted him. The sun god Virachocha is carved into this megalithic solid stone arch in the center over the arch.
